Talk through your ideas before committing to anything. Stories, positioning, voice — captured in docs/notes/ and available to every step that follows. Run it before you start, or come back when content feels stuck.

Seven steps, each building on the last. Vision defines the purpose. Brand sets the voice. Structure maps the pages. Write fills them. Design generates three distinct mockups — pick one. Sync converts markdown to HTML. Setup launches.
